An official NGO under Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, Noor Dubai was launched in 2008 to help combat blindness and visual impairment worldwide. 

Through National Bonds, you can support this initiative with a minimum commitment of 5 years, where the profits are donated to provide treatment for eye diseases through 30 million beneficiaries around the world. 

There are two types of Waqf:

Permanent Waqf: Visit the Noordubai.ae website to donate AED 50 or send SUKUK to Etisalat at 4565 and Du at 4849
Timed Waqf: To participate in Timed Waqf, a National Bonds account is mandatory.
